Our balanced approach of heavy design and efficient cutting-edge applications allows us to provide our clients with an unmatched home and grounds that is unique to them, their needs and their personalities. Being both the designer and builder allows FORM to keep an open dialog between the contractors and designers through the life of a project. This ensures a seamless process resulting in a superior home that meets the needs and desires of our clients.

We ensure that your home is custom designed to meet those needs. We can also design and build any style home. As a team we will work together with you to select a style that is appropriate for you and the land you build on. We will help you decide on which design you desire, whether it be Modern, Rustic, Craftsman, Colonial, Adirondack, Victorian, Farmhouse, or Mid-century, etc. There are other good builders out there, but if you want a superior home and grounds with a truly custom design, a home built to the highest level of quality, then FORM is who you will select as your builder. CREATIVE PROCESS
The Success of your custom home is rooted in our “CREATIVE PROCESS”
Form runs a series of personalized design charettes with its clients. We work with our engineering and architecture teams to produce the final stamped plans specific to each project. This insures that that the client is not limited at the onset of a project. They should not be forced to choose a plan or style for a piece of land that it may or may not work with. Details, room/space proportions, material palettes……. Form guides the client every step of the way. The Client receives a high-level artistic design process. The home and the grounds should work together to create their living environment.
At FORM we start by getting to know the client through a series of design exercises and discussions. We then move into story boarding to review design character and select the right style for the client and the land. We then move on to design options of bubble diagrams exploring spacial relationships, uses and circulation. After that we start to conceptualize floor plans and elevations. The client is included in our personalized design charettes every step of the way. At the end, we have a unique living environment that is in tune with the client’s style and budget. This can all be done in a short time frame for large and small budgets alike. If the client prefers less involvement, we accommodate that as well.
